Top 3 MUST DO'S
Being aware of your calorie intake is super important, but its only a small peice of the puzzle when it comes to getting healthier. Here are the top 3 things I did and continue to do to improve my health...
1. Be consistent with healthy habits. AKA eat more whole foods, less sugar and exercise 3-4 times a weeks.
2. Ditch all the chemicals and additives. Trade out cleaners, airfreshners and anything with dies or perfumes for healthy non toxic options.
3. Pay attention to your portion sizes and eat consistently through the day.
