21 Day Fix

Here are my personal results through the 21 Day Fix. First let me explain that I have PCOS which has made it very difficult for me to have any weight loss quickly. I typically have to work VERY hard in order to see results or maintain my weight. However this program has really changed things for me! And after completing the 21 Day Fix a few times I went on to do the Fix Extreme and had good results with that too! But since we are talking about the 21 Day Fix, here are my personal results so far.

Completing week 1 I was pretty blown away to be down 8 lbs, lost 1" around my waist, 1 1/2" off thighs, 1/2" off each arm. Tummy is flatter and love handles shrinking. Cellulite is reduced too! And all this while eating a lot of real food! And exercising for only 30 minutes a day. Who would've thought this would work so well?! And it's just the end of the 1st week! So far I'm super happy!
I was barely fitting back into one pair of per-pregnancy jeans. You can see the wripples near my belly and thighs. Which means the jeans were very snug. Not anymore though! The photo on the right is taken 1 week after starting the 21 Day Fix. I am already back in my capri's and you can see how fitted my shirt is. Nice flat tummy even after baby #! So excited!!!

Here are some of the meals I've made. These containers are really easy to use and the meals are very versatile too! I am now a Mother of three children so I can't always be slaving over the stove. The amount of time I have spent on each of these meals is been between 5-15 minutes.














Total results from the 21 Days Fix and Shakeology. Not bad for 21 days of clean eating, Shakeology for nutrition (vitamins, minerals, aids digestion, amino's...) and 30 minute workouts!! I lost 11 pounds!
1" off chest, 1/2" off each arm, 1 1/2" off my waist, 1 1/2" off each thigh.
I gained muscle and lost lots of cellulite off my butt and thighs. My skin is clear. I feel better, lighter and fit into almost all my per-pregnancy clothing! PCOS hair growth has slowed down. And I actually started a menstrual cycle on time, even with PCOS irregularity!!





I really liked the plan and found it super easy to work into my daily life, so I decided to continue using it and went on to do 21 Day Fix Extreme and earned the results below. I'm super excited!!




PIYO

I was not sure if I was going to like, but knew I need some extra help in the flexibility department. I get pretty tight in the hip and thigh area and recently have been under a lot of stress... So I was excited to see what this program had in store for me.

So far I have increased mobility and less inflammation with only 5 days of using this program. I am also losing more size in my hip/thunder thigh area! Which is always a plus in my book! I can't wait to see how my challengers do with this program. I think they are gonna LOVE it too!



Here are some of the meals I have made using the PiYo nutrition guide. So far I find the more complete the meal the more satisfied I am after I am done eating. I used never have the "tank is full" feeling. Now with these food choices, I can definitely tell when the "tank is full". Plus I don't feel as hungry as often. I am eating a lot on this plan, however it is really balanced out through out my day.

My Personal Experience
I've actually gone through this detox 3 times and have gone on to improve my health with how much I learned from doing this one program. The story below is my first experience going through the Ultimate Reset. I had decided to do the program because I of my struggles with PCOS and I had suffered a miscarriage after baby #1. I wanted to try and have another baby since we had found out it was possible. However, I was concerned that if I didn't detox my system and balance my hormones, pregnancy may not happen again or the next pregnancy may end in another miscarriage. So my goal was to start off as clean as I could get!

I personally felt great most of the time throughout the 21 Day Detox process. No running to the bathroom, or weird stomach issues. Since you are detoxing you need to be aware that there are days you will need more rest. You will have some emotional highs and lows too. However these are generally over quickly. This plan was not hard to do. I did not pay a ton of money for food. The food actually fit into our budget plan. I learned a lot about my eating habits and how to use food for my benefit. And I lost weight! My family has been impressed to watch the changes I made in only 3 weeks!! 

Just a few short weeks after completing the Ultimate Reset I became pregnant without the aid of fertility drugs. I was supposed to go on Clomid, but ended up pregnant the week I was supposed to start it! Which was a BIG shocker to me, my husband and our fertility Doc! My pregnancy was extremely healthy as well!!

I would highly recommend this program to anyone dealing with health issues. You will learn a lot through the 21 days, and your body will make some awesome changes for the positive! The main goal is to be the healthiest we can be. And this program definitely brought my personal health to an all new level!

MEAL PLAN

Planning meals out ahead of time should not make you want to cross your eyes and faint at the thought! It's actually pretty simple when you think about it. It just takes a few minutes. Over time you will get better and better at it too! So the time you spend in the future on this project will be less and less.
