SPARKLE 4 SUMMER

LET'S SPARKLE 4 SUMMER! I want to SPARKLE for summer! To walk out feeling confident in my shorts and not having my thighs slap together!! Totally hate that when it happens. Or better yet, I want to SPARKLE walking out on the Beach in my new bathing suite! So far I have focused on making simple healthy changes and my body has responded well! I have dramatically reduced the amount of fat I was hauling around, improved my immune system and I am carving out some new muscles I didn't even know I had! Since the plan has worked so well, I want to share it with you and continue the journey!! It won't take long. Only 21 Days! We will focus on a simple clean eating plan, proper portion sizes (using special containers to simplify things), dense nutrition, and 30 min of fitness daily. That's it! Who ever said people with PCOS can't have yummy things?!! CRAZY, right?! No worries, that statement isnt totally accurate anyway. So keep reading about how you can have a healthy treat the safe and SMART way. Women who have PCOS are more sensative to almost everything in general. We tend to be sensative to grains, gluten, sugar, dairy, soy, starches, additives, chemicals...The list goes on and on! Not to worry though. You don't have to completely restrict all of the yummy foods you once ate to replace them with only rabbit food. However I would highly recommend ditching the chemicals, additives and soy. Your body will be relieved and less stressed without that toxic junk!  I am sure you are wondering how someone with PCOS can have sugar, grains, starches?... Carefully and in moderation. Portion control is one key factor. Finding whole foods that have not been over processed is another. My rule of thumb is the less on the ingredient list the better! Keep it simple! ...
