Keep it simple!!

Keeping things simple is my rule of thumb. The less ingredients the better. I had better be able to understand every ingredient on the list and not have to decipher it or google it! The fresher the better!! In my opinion your diet is a way of life and not something that is restrictive. Finding healthy options should not be frowned upon. Now days there are so many different ways to make fresher food options into so many fun and amazing tasting meals! Even ice cream!! So I encourage you to reach beyond your limitations and try out something new today. :)

Making Butter Part 2

Here is Part 2 of How to "Make Your Own Butter." Showing how to make sure you get all the water separated out. I also show what the butter should look like when you are done.

Fresh Butter! Learn How To Make It

Making you own butter is super simple! Just throw some whipping cream into your mixer and mix it until it separates into two parts. Solid which is the butter and water. Then drain the water and store your butter. That's it!! Easy Easy!

MEAL PLAN

Planning meals out ahead of time should not make you want to cross your eyes and faint at the thought! It's actually pretty simple when you think about it. It just takes a few minutes. Over time you will get better and better at it too! So the time you spend in the future on this project will be less and less.
