Coach Summit 2012

Coach Summit 2012 was in Vegas this year! This was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had. Surrounded by positive people all doing their best to help others and end the trend of obesity! It was AWESOME!

Beachbody totally spoiled us all! We got to stay at the MGM Grand! Attended all sorts of seminars where we learned a lot. And the parties they threw were wonderful! If you have the passion for helping others, there is NO better job then being a Beachbody COACH!

I can't say enough about how important it is to surround yourself with positive people! Positive people make the difference in how you view the world and how successful you become. Before Beachbody I never saw myself as a business woman. Heck I never thought I could attain much! But through my time with them Beachbody I have been inspired to be more and do more with my life then I ever thought I could! They are truly inspirational!

The highlight of the weekend was watching a good friend of mine win $100,000!!! Richard Neal struggled with his weight and was told he would not live much longer or have children if he did not make some serious changes. He hit the wall and made the hard decision that we all have toface in order to start succeeding. He made small changes each day, and over 18 months he lost 245lbs! What an accomplishment! He was never alone! Between the support from his wife, family and his Beachbody Coach, he kept up with his goal and made it happen! Richard and his family were also blessed with a new baby! Something they were told would not happen! How AWESOME is that?! Now they are paying it forward! That is what this business is all about! Paying it forward! Helping others see and achieve their potential! Congrats Richard Neal! I am so proud of all you have accomplished!

The other highlight of the weekend was the SUPER WORKOUT with all of the Beachbody trainers! It was awesome being surrounded by 5,000 other people. We all worked out tooshy's off and got to sample all the new and latest workouts. I definitely found my next fitness program! Les Mills Body Combat!!! It was so much fun!!!

MEAL PLAN

Planning meals out ahead of time should not make you want to cross your eyes and faint at the thought! It's actually pretty simple when you think about it. It just takes a few minutes. Over time you will get better and better at it too! So the time you spend in the future on this project will be less and less. Check out my " CLEAN EATING " page for a larger view of this weeks MEAL PLAN and GROCERY LIST!! It's actually pretty simple to eat clean! This is great for people struggling with PCOS like me.

The DECISION is YOURS

This really hit home with me when I read it. It reminded me of how I used to behave, feeling victim of our situations and helpless to change our circumstances. It didn't matter if we had made a poor decision and had consequences do to those poor decisions or someone else was causing us troubles... I would focus on the negative and cause myself to be self defeated so that I would feel validated for more poor decisions. Thankfully I had a "Come to Jesus" moment and my eyes were opened to what was really going on. When I was able to see clearly, take owner ship of my mistakes, let go of the past and started reading the Bible regularly I was able to over come the head trash and started making better choices for myself. My health, positive thoughts, relationships, jobs, income and consistency improved. So whatever has been holding you back you are capable of overcoming and making a better life for yourself! #motivation #inspiration

Carrot Quinoa Soup

Carrot Quinoa Soup It may not sound like much, but this soup was extremely yummy and filling! Great for a cold night and easy on the budget. - 6-9 Carrots peeled and chopped (I chose colored carrots this time) - 1/2 Yellow Onion minced - 4 Celery stalks chopped - 1/2 cup Quinoa - 1 32oz box Veggie Stock Directions: - Sautee onions until tender in olive oil on med heat. - Add carrots and celery and sautee until tender. - Add Veggie Stock and bring to a boil, then lower to Low heat. - I cook the quinoa separately and add at the end. **You can cook the quinoa in the soup, however you will need an extra cup of liquid. - Add salt and/or Red Pepper Flakes to jazz it up.
