Being prepared has been the biggest element to keeping up with my healthy goals. So today I spent a little time while my clean Chili was cooking to food prep for the next week.
A few of us in our Fit and Healthy group are getting a jump start this week before the main group starts next week. Its going to be SO much fun!!
