Have you ever tried stuffed peppers? YUM!! Super easy to make too!? This was last nights dinner. Along with a side of steamed green beans.
-Chicken chunked
-Quinoa or your choice of grain
-Adzuki beans or your choice of bean
-Mix together in a bowl
-Add mixture to peppers
-Top with cheese if you like
-Bake for 30-40 min at 350°
